With decades of experience in asset management, positions on boards and executive committees as well as leading global teams with members located in various part of the world over the years, Virginie has developed a first hand experience of how much positive impact diversity can drive. Virginie partners on a Pro Bono basis with CFA UK, where she chairs the CFA UK Gender Diversity network (formerly CFA UK Women's Network) to promote diversity in the workplace and help create a better investment profession.
